Social Media Marketing
We provided EM Law with full service social media management. This involved – Development of social strategy, platform cleanse / set-up, content ideation, content creation, scheduling with publishing, monthly analysis of platforms with performance and community management.
To kick things off, we met with the client on a weekly basis to identify EM Law’s goals, enabling us to develop a comprehensive social media strategy. Once a strategy had been set in place, we conducted bi-weekly meetings to discuss our strategy and ideation with the client, which was then brought to life by our Design team. Aside from the day to day running of the EM Law socials, we executed two distinctive campaigns.
International Women’s Month Campaign
This campaign celebrated the inspirational women at the forefront of change for equality in the workplace. Posts were designed to present information on inspirational women, insightful statistics, and to share valuable resources. We ran this campaign across Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter with the goal of building maximum brand awareness. From February to March we saw an increase in LinkedIn page views by 156% and those visiting the page within the legal field increased by 35%.
Hello We Are EM Law
This campaign was designed to re-introduce EM Law to social media. The goal was to present EM Law as a young and dynamic brand, showcasing the people behind EM Law, the services they offer, client testimonials, and blog content. The campaign saw Instagram reach increase by 19% on the following month and an almost 10% increase in Instagram followers.
Print Design
Print formed a large part of our work, EM Law required newly designed brochures, proposals, and pitch decks to send to clients. The aim for the proposal and pitch deck design was to create more visually engaging content with a consistent flow. We utilised the existing branding, adapting it to a more modern and minimal aesthetic.
Graphic Design
The Marketing team worked closely with ONQOR Design to revamp EM Law’s social content. The aim was to capture EM Law, sat in the corporate industry, as a young and spirited, yet professional brand. For this perception shift, we designed assets that creatively showcased industry facts and the team in their day to day lives, to be used in monthly campaigns.
We worked collaboratively with the client to develop several creative themes to organise post scheduling, bringing a cohesive feel and style to EM Law’s social pages, crucial for developing a strong visual identity.
Photography
EM Law was looking for consistency in staff headshots on the website. Our Media team executed this project by adopting a batch style approach to photographing the large number of staff.
